Modelling using nonlinear ordinary and partial differential equations, study of dynamic systems

Research in the field of differential and difference equations, which form the theoretical basis of mathematical modelling of natural and technical processes. The project follows mainly a qualitative analysis of nonlinear ordinary and partial differential equations, i.e., questions of existence, uniqueness, multiplicity or bifurcations of solutions that are crucial for the analysis of the modelled systems and for setting of the system parameters. The research team is also involved in the study of stochastic equations and nonlinear mathematical models on time scales.
